If a channel point redeem is not working please check and try the following:
- That the interaction is actually enabled in your dashboard. If the interaction is disabled, the channel point redeem will not work.
- That you have not changed the name or Image of the channel point redeem. Changing the name or image de-syncs your channel point redeems from Tangia and we are no longer able to track redemptions.
- Log out of and back into your Tangia account with your Twitch account. This makes sure Tangia has all of the proper authorizations and scopes to track redeems
- If only TTS redeems are not working, please check and make sure that you have not run out of reserve characters. You can check this on the dashboard https://app.tangia.co/twitch
